Key Duties and Responsibilities
We are searching for high-energy account executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-term profitable relationships. The ideal individual will love challenges that come with prospecting in a competitive market. You will be directly responsible for the expansion and renewal of our customer base within Singapore.

As the Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Account management and opportunity development
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Manage communications and information flow between different departments
  • Maintain a database of existing and prospective clients and partners
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate attainment of goals and quotas
  • Preparing and presenting proposals/ bids
  • Negotiate and execute sales agreements
  • Reporting and recording all sales activities in CRM system
  • Assist Finance in any billing clarification
  • Attending trade shows and hosting customer events

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business administration, sales or marketing)
  • At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in CRM software such as SAP or Salesforce would be an advantage
  • A meticulous individual with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Enthusiastic and passionate with reasonable business acumen
