About Us

Job Duties

You will be responsible for:

1) Finance
Manage and optimise finance protocols in the company

These include:
Monthly and termly invoicing.

Management of claims, expenses, outflows.

Monthly payroll generation and verification

Maintenance of revenue ledger, cash flow, and P&L documents

Submission of annual regulatory documents, enforcement of compliance with finance regulations

Eliminate late invoices by staff, late payments by parents, and bad debts

2) Administrative Duties
Provide support to walk-in visitors, ad-hoc coverage of weekend, assist in basic cleanliness

Work with Cross-functional team to provide support for Enquiries, Operations, and Human resource processes

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in related field

Preferably 2 years' proven experience in a finance position

Basic accounting skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong research and analytical skills

Good attitude towards learning and culture of improvement

Strong time management and organisation skills

Task oriented, conscientious in documentation

Ability to work independently and as a team

Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within deadline

Strong problem-solving skills in optimising workflows and work problems

Additional Details
Working Hours: 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:
$3000 to $4000 per month. Additional performance and team bonuses apply.

Other benefits:

Annual stipend of $500 for Specialist claim

Annual stipend of $100 for Dental claim

Annual stipend of $500 for Personal Development
