_ Sr. Manager, Brand Innovation__, will be a key player in the Burger King International (EMEA, APAC and LAC regions) innovation agenda execution as he/she/they will be leading important international innovation projects, will contribute to innovation roadmap definition with all stakeholders, partners, and colleagues from various functions as well as will be leading opportunity creation to continuously identify and deliver robust growth opportunities across all of the international regions._


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Lead consumer & category understanding efforts with insights & analytics team to quantify opportunities for innovation.
  • Identify innovation gaps and opportunities within our portfolio.
  • Lead to deliver of innovation projects together with franchisees, focusing on strengthening our core menu and creating new innovation platforms.
  • Lead weekly and monthly innovation meetings with partners and RBI teams.
  • Present innovation progress to RBI Leadership, ensuring alignment and progress.
  • Work with suppliers, regional teams, and franchisee partners across all regions (EMEA, LAC, APAC).
  • Identify processes and create tools to optimize current innovation practices.

Your skills and experience:


  • Master's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, Economics, Food Science, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in innovation and marketing-related roles in the FMCG or QSR category

Proven record of delivering growth by launching large-scale innovation projects

  • Handson experience in consumer insight, marketing, and branding, being able to turn insight into tangible opportunity.
  • Fluent in English + other languages is a plus (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian).
