We are representing our Biotech client who is in the business of diagnostics tools.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise and support to sales team through product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer consultations. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer consultations
Ensure timely creation of quotations and follow up on purchase order
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, both remotely and onsite as needed
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services (uptodate knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies)
Work closely with product team to ensure a thorough understanding of product capabilities and limitations
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed

Requirements:

Degree in life science or medical field (MS or PhD) or equivalent work experience
Genetics, molecular biology, gene engineering background or previous relevant research
Knowledge of NGS and genomics is a plus
Prior technical support or project management experience is a plus
Proficiency in Korean and English
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft office software
