Location:
Singapore

Role Purpose:
To unlock faster scale for Cove by driving the fundraising process, managing investor relations, overseeing strategic growth initiatives, and other corporate development matters

Core Responsibilities:

Supporting the CEO and founding team to run endtoend fundraising processes for both equity and debt financing
Lead in preparation of pitching materials, management presentation, board materials, and other presentations for use in Company's strategic development
Pitching to investors, potential partners and other stakeholders
Analytics and assessment of new market and growth opportunities
Understanding key drivers of revenues and expenses; identifying the most important key performance indicators (KPI) to measure and evaluate company performance
Strategic business development project work, involving new business models, incremental revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships
Regular monthly and quarterly performance reporting to the company's board and investors
Other adhoc strategic growth projects as required

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Essential

Minimum 5 years' professional experience
Experience in investment banking, corporate development, venture capital, private equity or a top tier management consulting firm; or
Several years' work experience in highly commercial business leadership role in a highgrowth business
Strong financial modeling and powerpoint skills
Minimum bachelor's degree in business or analytical field
Experience working in Southeast Asia

Preferred

Experience in the real estate industry
Worked in startup environment
First hand experience of running a fundraising process
MBA
