Team Introduction

Data Platform is one of the driving forces to grow Tiktok's ads revenue, is the pioneer in creating data-centric technologies and building value-measurable data, services, and products.

The mission of our QA team is to ensure Data Platform's quality by technology, working with developers and PMs to deliver accurate data, reliable services and products.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the quality assurance work related to TikTok and its affiliates global advertising data platform;
Responsible for the development of testing tools during related processes;
Follow up on online issues, track, analyze and drive improvements;
With strong product sense, propose and implement good product solutions during the project process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, computer related major, more than 2 years of work experience;
Have a good foundation in program development languages, be familiar with one or more common development languages in Java/Golang/Python;
Proficient in using HiveSQL/MySQL;
Familiar with open source big data technologies, such as Kafka/Spark/Flink/Doris, etc.;
Experience in advertising data development and data warehouse testing will be a strong plus ;
Cheerful personality and project management experience
Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
