Job Description:


Based within the Service Provider pillar at Informa Tech, we are actively recruiting for a bright and innovative Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts across APAC for the telecommunications market, as we continue to drive growth in this region.


What you'll be doing:


  • Responsible for the development of the APAC marketing strategy, which is aligned to the overall business goals and objectives, as well as marketsegmentspecific goals and objectives
  • Own and manage the endtoend execution of the marketing plan including a content strategy and plan to engage, nurture and convert customers
  • Responsible for the development of campaign copy, calls to action, and customer journey for marketing and sales campaigns, based on target customer segments, campaign goals, and desired results
  • Understand data practice and segmentation to create targeted campaigns
  • Build audience growth within the telco market in the APAC region, by engaging the marketing with demand generation campaigns and attending key events
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, maintaining a lineofsite to competitors and other industry developments to ensure the marketing vision aligns to the needs of the market
  • Create and maintain a yearround digital strategy to increase visibility and brand awareness of Informa Tech's Service Provider division across the APAC region
  • Own our social media strategy across the APAC region
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Research team to drive new marketing ideas and launch new products to market
  • Leverage in depth audience understanding to better target / personalise marketing content that resonate with audiences at the right time
  • Regularly assessing and managing budget to optimize spend allocation and maximize return on investment
  • Manage processes and platforms to ensure appropriate visibility and tracking of multichannel conversion and channel attribution

Qualifications:


  • An understanding of the culture across the APAC region
  • Prior B2B marketing experience
  • Driven individual with a passion for marketing
  • Strong marketing planning skills, with a deep understanding of customer segmentation, database development and growth including segmentation / advanced targeting
  • Strong execution skills across multiple channels and formats
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including SEO and social media
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Flawless written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience of hitting marketing KPIs
  • Confident, friendly manner and ability to work well within a closeknit team, and with senior stakeholders, as well as autonomously
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly, effectively, and persuasively
  • Selfstarter approach to work, with strong attention to detail, and proven ability to take initiative
No existing knowledge of the telecommunications eco-system is required - just a desire to learn and get stuck in
