**Position Summary

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the management and operations of the warehouse to ensure the timely delivery/transferring/issuing, receiving/tracking without causing the delay of customer delivery and the downtime of production activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
  • Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.
  • Plan, oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations warehouse operations.
  • Prepare inventory reports and participate in stock count.
  • Conduct daily stock check of finished goods and raw materials and maintain optimal inventory of packaging materials.
  • To ensure stacker and supporting equipment are in good conditions. Assist to coordinate with vendors to provide maintenance and services.
  • Perform regular routine checks / inspections of warehouse, and ancillary rooms to ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained.
  • Participate in improvement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal department on the IQA inspection & ensure materials are received correctly.
  • Take on other job tasks as and when assign by the superior.
  • Must lead, guide, coach, mentor and motivate staff, to optimum performance, effective and efficient deliverables.

Requirements:


  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in Contract Manufacturing industry will have added advantageous.
  • Team player and able to work in a face paced environment.
  • Good logical and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous, organized and possess good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and raise to attention as and when required.
