Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely across functional teams during mergers and acquisitions due diligence processes.
  • Drive the integration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Analyze existing benefit policies, salaries, and rewards, and provide recommendations for alignment and improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarking using tools and methodologies, focusing particularly on tech and consulting standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive compensation levels in the market.

  • Lead periodic reviews and updates of rewards and benefits programs.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to assess the effectiveness and relevance of current programs, offering datadriven recommendations for enhancement.
  • Effectively lead and engage stakeholders at all levels for the implementation of related initiatives.
  • Contribute to fostering a highperformance culture by developing and implementing firmwide performance management processes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure rewards are aligned with performance objectives.
Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in Compensation and Benefits roles, particularly emphasizing Merger & Acquisition integration, Performance Management, and Rewards.
  • Robust background in conducting salary benchmarking, preferably with proficiency in utilizing Mercer consulting tools.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead and carry out initiatives for updating rewards and benefits.
  • Knowledgeable about performance management methodologies.
