Description
On behalf of one of its clients, in the Environment field, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for

a Carbon Finance intern.
As a Carbon Finance intern, you will work closely with the Founders Team to further develop our techno-economic models. You will support on preparing financial documents for investors and buyers of carbon credits. You will be actively involved in the clients scaling strategy to turn their Artisanal projects into Industrial ones.

You will have to have a deep understanding of the Biochar Carbon Removal methodology as well as the new business model to channel carbon finance to biochar projects in developing countries.


The key responsibilities of the Supply lead are:

  • Responsible for preparing detailed financial models for new biochar projects, including cashflow and IRR forecast for our Biochar projects
  • Responsible for settingup of technoeconomic documents for investors and buyers
  • Responsible for the watch activity related to innovative carbon business models, climate tech grant and other sources of financing
  • Contribute to the enhancement of their inhouse technoeconomic assessment model
  • Evaluate various technoeconomic setups for their future artisanal and industrial projects
