You will be joining one of Asia's largest diversified real estate groups with focuses on real estate investment management and real estate development, and spans across more than 260 cities in over 40 countries

Responsibilities:

Lead and provide guidance to Finance team to ensure financial reports are delivered according to Group's financial guidelines and timelinesBusiness partnering with Finance Shared Service, Operations teams and stakeholders to provide advice on financial reporting and planning activitiesReview monthly closing of accounts, financial reports, analysis for management's decision making and ensure compliance with group's accounting policiesPrepare and/or review sub-groups monthly analysis, reports and presentation slidesManage sub-groups' annual budgeting and ad hoc forecasting processesCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirementsSupport investment and divestment activitiesPerform financial simulation or scenario planning and ongoing process improvementsPropose improvements to existing processes and procedures to increase team's effectiveness and efficiencyAny other duties as assignedRequirements:Degree in Accountancy or equivalentAt least 15 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 5 years in supervisory capacityGood understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards and local tax rulesExperience in the real estate industry is preferredAbility to work independently and effectively deliver under tight timelinesExcellent team worker with strong communication, analytical, people-management and organization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as Excel and Powerpoint) and familiarity with IBM Cognos Controller, SAP accounting software is an added advantageAll applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
