Roles & Responsibilities

Windows, Azure, AWS, and office 365 configuration and trouble shooting
Virtualizations like VMware, Hyper-V, Implementation, and management task
Server backup solutions like Symantec or Arcserve or Veeam or any other similar back up implementation and maintenance
Windows server infrastructure handling, more specific to windows ad, exchange, DNS implementation and troubleshooting, and print servers
Extensive experience in design, maintenance, and support of a Microsoft ad / exchange infrastructure including performance, capacity, and recovery technologies
Strong analytical skills, ability to diagnose the interoperability of a diverse set of technologies such as exchange, active directory
Strong system analysis, architecture, design, and administration skills
Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, configuration, change and release management
Strong infrastructure management background, capacity planning, performance management and security
Knowledge on basic firewall/router function and trouble shooting
System Firmware Management for Infra Services
VCenter, ESXi Hosts
Indepth knowledge and exposure on all aspects of business continuity and disaster recovery utilizing state of the art lan and wan techniques
Knowledge of windows server 2019,Linux system and ESX
Knowledge of Patching Schedule, Patching Records,Patching Follow Up
VA Scan
Check backup is working
Bi-Weekly user access review
Hardware validity & management

User Management (CyberArk for On-Prem)
AD + DNS Management (AD User Accounts + GPO + CNAME records)
