- Achievement of monthly sales and margin targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.

- Ensure prompt payment collection.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
- Present findings and recommendations to management to drive informed decision-making.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, including training and guidance.
- Provide support and motivation to the team to ensure they meet individual and collective sales goals.
- Represent the company professionally with customers and vendors.

- At least 2-3 years of consumer goods sales experience.
- Able to start in short notice.
