- Efficient and effective execution of the payroll administration that includes:
- Timely and accurate payroll processing including contributions to all relevant group and legislative payments/deductions.
- Staff cost reporting to Finance and statutory reporting to external parties (surveys and regulators).
- Prepare tax filing, tax forms and claims for NS claims, family support schemes.
- Manage the exit process relating to preparation of final remuneration, letters, and other exits follow-up.
- Efficient and effective execution of the benefits administration that includes:
- Leaves, medical, insurance, pension, shares plans and other flexi benefits/wellness schemes.
- Participate in annual staff insurance reviews and renewal.
- Backup for payroll and benefits for HR Hubs (US and EU)
- Validate inter-company recharges, invoices and reimbursements relating to payroll and benefits.
- Document and regularly update the relevant process flows and standard operating procedures.
- Continuously review the workflows and process, to ensure compliance to internal controls standards and meet legislative requirement.
- Support all audits on payroll and benefits, to achieve satisfactory audit results.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with key payroll and benefits vendors.
- Active participation in HR projects as identified and assigned.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in managing end to end payroll and benefits administration, preferably in Financial Institutions or global/regional institutions.
- Tertiary education in business, IT or HR disciplines
- Knowledgeable in HR related regulations – Employment Act, CPF, Income Tax, Government claims etc.
- Process oriented, enjoy reviewing current operating process and develop new way of working that drives improvement and efficiencies.
- Meticulous and strong ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage employee queries of all levels.
