Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bartender to join our team.

As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and nonalcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations when necessary.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following all cash handling procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients, garnishes, and utensils at all times.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of alcoholic beverages and compliance with local health regulations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, and stay informed about current beverage trends.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our customers.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar area.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working as a bartender in a similar establishment is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment, multitasking and prioritising tasks as needed.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a food safety certificate.

Schedule:

Must have flexible availability and be able to work evenings and weekends.
