Qualifications & experience

Minimum of at least 1 year experience in a managerial role OR at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Only Singapore Citizens and P Rs need apply.
Knowledge of heavy vehicle and Maintenance a Plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English and at least a common second language in Singapore (Chinese, Malay or Tamil)

Tasks & responsibilities

Handling of full spectrum of operational duties, namely management of operations staff and drivers in their daytoday operations and anything else as per instruction of Director
Manage and follow up on all vehicle related matters, namely, vehicle maintenance, repair and accident matter, vehicle record management and cost control.
Follow up on all legal and regulatory matters and ensure prompt action and strict compliance.
Provision of a thorough monthly report to director consisting of all improvements and changes made during the month, reflecting also the effects.
Any other administrative tasks delegated by the director.
Maintain a good and robust relationship with customers and constantly seek to build as well as maintain customer base.
