Project Engineer - CSA


Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Project Engineer - CSA to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • The Project Engineer is responsible to Manage the procurement and construction functions for the project including all Site supervisors to ensure the safe and successful completion of the works, on schedule, within budget and to the specified quality. Take overall responsibility for Programme and Productivity Management

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain oversight and manage engineering personnel in the preparation of Safe Work Method Statements for highrisk construction work in consultation with the work group carrying the proposed activity.
  • Ensure that all subcontractor documents meet the requirements outlined in the Subcontractor Works to Proceed (WTP) EHS and Quality Checklist and that the Checklist is completed and signed off in advance of the works start date on site.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with Site Manager/Supervisors/Senior Project Engineers/Construction Managers to ensure all manage their respective trades and responsibilities.
  • Prepare construction plans and programmes for the project in a timely manner in line with Client and business expectations.
  • In conjunction with the Foreman, develop resource assessments and recovery strategies with respect to programme (all levels including overall, MRP and SRP) and report to PM/Construction Manager.
  • Ensure work sequences, materials handling, environment, health and safety management, inspections and logístical factors for work area/trade are planned and coordinated within the overall management of the project.
  • Prepare/develop project specific Quality Management Plan in line with Company processes and procedures, including involvement in both internal and external audits.
  • Manage Subcontract auditing including the closeouts of nonconformances.
  • Financial and Contract Management through detailed cost forecasting and administering of contract obligation.
Relevant Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.

May have experience and or/functional knowledge of Construction Industry years of design and construction work experience in a project management position.
