- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, manage expenses, event management, and schedule facilities and equipment).
- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events, with minimal guidance. Prepare meetings for the executive or team with minimal guidance.
- Execute expense management activities with minimal guidance.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
- Complete travel coordination tasks with minimal guidance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of administrative experience in a high-tech and/or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience working with Executives and/or supporting teams on the Administrative front.
- Experience in calendar management over international timezones, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
- Strong ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.
