Individual to be involved in:

Conduct sales training to Digital Sales Team using insight and consultative selling techniques
Breakdown metrics in monthly sales report and provide strategic ideas
Actively seek out new online sales channels
Study course materials and able to prepare new product launch to Digital Sales Team
Advise customers/clients on courses or job skills training by further understanding their needs
Perform various jobs such as to reply online enquiries, online data entry, and other online projects
Strong on phone etiquette, as the phone will be the main tool for conversion of sales
Follow up on any enquiries and assist in course registration
Participate in team meetings as needed
Assist in company's marketing activities & plans
Assist in retail operations for offline and online activities
Provide professional sales service and advice to customers

Requirements:

Highly salesfocused to drive sales and be rewarded for success.
Strong in cold calling and interpersonal skills and be customer service oriented
Effective listening and analytical skills, able to summarize information and offer solutions
Able to handle rejection with a positive attitude
Familiarity with computers and have at least an average working level typing ability
Excellent time management and administrative skills with keen attention to detail
Good command of both written and spoken English. Mandarinspeaking will be a plus (to handle queries and communicate effectively with our Mandarin speaking clients)
Comfortable with a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
