Job Opportunity: ALM Risk Systems Analyst

Are you a forward-thinking analyst with a passion for banking and risk management? Join our team as an ALM Risk Systems Analyst and play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our ALM Risk Systems to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business users, providing clear functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Conduct impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes.
• Design solutions that address ALM business requirements effectively.
• Plan, schedule, and execute project objectives from initiation to successful implementation within agreed timelines.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, including test scenarios and cases, and conduct User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Simulation Testing, and Live verification.
• Formulate a Roadmap for ALM Risk Systems to continually address business needs.
• Provide functional support to business users and collaborate with technology partners to manage production issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Understanding and experience in ALM Risk, including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk (LCR, NSFR, MCO, IRRBB).
• Prior experience in implementing or managing ALM Risk Systems preferred.
• Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
