Operations Executive to join our transactional team.

Do you have a knack for an all-rounder role? Yearning for a regular, consistent job scope and yet will not back off when you are asked to spearhead in something different? To us, back office work does not mean just repetitive work.

While ensuring that our daily routine tasks are covered, this role will sometimes be required to put on a jack-of-all-trades hat to support new business initiatives in turn-key projects.

If you are someone who is comfortable with numbers and yet can takes an occasional challenge in the daily grind by its horn, we are looking for you.

• Oversee the daily transactions of remittances and FXMM settlements
• Handle daytoday transactions relating to:

• Collect documents from clients
• Handle phone calls
• Maintain proper record/filling
• Support in administrative duties
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal communications skills and ability to converse in English and

• Experience in operational/administrative support in payments industry would be a plus.
