- Preparing and processing orders by issuing job orders to vendors and monitoring the production
schedule to ensure timely delivery - Coordinating shipping arrangements and preparation of relevant documents required for shipments, such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, job orders and ensuring smooth
delivery of each shipment. - Monitoring payments from customers and arranging timely payments to vendors.
- Additional work scope or responsibilities may be assigned from time to time at the discretion of management.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesQualifications
• Minimum Diploma in any field, with at least 3 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of incoterms, contract administration, international trade administration documentation, letters of credit, etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates high level of attention to detail and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge in SAP is advantageous.
