    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Provides secretarial services to Director of Sales and Marketing.

    2. Provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team.

    3. Files report, forward phone calls, reply emails, handle customer inquiries.

    4. Conducts site inspection in the absence of Sales Manager.

    5. Schedules and coordinates management meetings and appointments with the various departments.

    6. Coordinates transfer arrangements for corporate groups and prepares welcome letters for long-stay guests and ad hoc groups.

    7. Prepares confirmation letters for group bookings.

    8. Generates and maintains clients' database.

    9. Responsible for the flow of information and correspondence related to the Sales and Marketing Department internally and externally.

    10. Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.

    Education and Work Experience

    1. Excellent oral and written communication skills

    2. Possesses strong computer skills

    3. Able to adapt to a fast paced environment and work within tight deadlines
