At Terra Minds Education, we pride ourselves as a pioneer in providing quality and enriching Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math (STEAM) enrichment programmes to young children aged 3 to 12.
We are passionate in designing and conducting hands-on learning experiences for client schools and various organisations.
We're looking for a dedicated and personable account executive to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact.
He/she must be a driven, responsible and client-centric professional, who coordinates the processes between the clients, internal teams and trainers.
Objectives of this role:
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve longterm partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Handle administrative work like preparation of documents for trainers
- Work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and crosssell to clients
Responsibilities:
(a) Working closely with clients
- Ensure smooth running of programmes by liaising with clients on:
- monthly enrolment updates
- trainers deployment update
- trainers' documents submissions
- Manage communications and feedback from clients
- Manage clients' expectations of the programmes based on agreed contractual terms
- Prepare and renew annual service contracts with clients
- Develop informative materials and bulletins for clients
- Participate in enrichment showcase at client schools and via Zoom sessions
- Utilise clients' management system
- Provide programme updates to supervisor for invoicing and business development
- Plan manpower roster for programmes, in consultation with supervisor and Curriculum Head
- Any other duties assigned
- Prepare monthly timetables, schedules and attendance documents for trainers
- Maintain documents of new and existing trainers
- Manage scheduling of trainers
- Any other duties assigned
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account servicing role
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in related fields
- Prior experience in educational environment will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Dropbox functions
- Good team player and communication skill
- Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanour
- Ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm
