- Answer incoming calls.
- Attend to messages from office mobile phone.
- Process invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, etc., on software program.
- Data entry, paper work, scanning, photocopying and filing of documents.
- Co-ordinate orders received from customers for delivery schedules and issues.
- Manage reports in Excel format.
- Packing of products for delivery.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Minimum qualification of 'O' level.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Fluency in spoken Mandarin is added advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel application.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in same or equivalent filed.
- Team player spirit is essential.
- Ability to multi-task and possess good time management skill.
- Well mannered and must be punctual.
