About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our metadata management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing technical projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration with our data governance strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning with our company's objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, leveraging industry best practices and standards.
• Ensure the effective use of metadata management tools, such as Informatica IDMC, IBM Cloud Pak for Data, Collibra, Alation, and Solidatus, to drive data quality and compliance.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing transparent and timely updates.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards of data governance and risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of metadata management tools and industry best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business value.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
