Job Description:

Submit ICA clearance prior to vessel arrival and departure using ICA crew on line system.

Create agreement for new sign on crew.

Sign off crew.

Check and update certs., vessel folder and crew agreement folder for expiry date.

Declare vessel arrival and departure through Marinet (MPA).

Ad-hoc matters to be advised.

Minimum Requirement:
Able to use computer and Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Able to use ICA Crew Online system and MPA Marinet is an advantage but not a must as training can be provided.

Able to multi-task and take on more duties when assigned by management.
