    About the Job

    As our Education Outreach Manager, you will be the linchpin in our outreach efforts, connecting with schools, educators, and communities to spread our mission. Your work ensures our educational programs not only reach but also resonate with our audience, making a tangible difference in the digital lives of children and youths. You will be working remotely most of the time, with the opportunity to attend team meetings and bond with the co-founders in Singapore (if you are based here).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategically promote and sell our workshops to educational institutions, making cyber safety education accessible.
    • Forge lasting relationships with educational stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and supporter in their digital education journey.
    • Lead the coordination and execution of workshops and events, ensuring each is impactful, and engaging.
    • Onboard new schools to utilise the platform, such as providing support and training to schools and educators.
    • Gather feedback for continuous improvement of our programs and services
    • Coordinate logistical requirements for running workshops with schools, clients, and charities.
    • Organise trainers' timetables and relevant resources needed for successful event execution.
    • Ensure schools and clients are regularly informed about upcoming workshops, programs and events
    • Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services

    Qualifications

    • Preferred experience in sales, education, community management, or a related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Management, or relevant discipline.
    • Proven experience in event coordination, logistics, or outreach.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to education and outreach.
