    Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth in the region.

    The person in this role will be responsible for finding new business opportunities within their assigned accounts/countries and also conduct direct sales activities in Singapore.

    You will also work on building relationships with important decision makers in order to keep them updated on pricing, product information, solving problems, services offered, and general business matters.

    In charge of taking care and improving customer accounts to help the company's overall growth plan.


    Sales Performance:


    Take ownership of booking number and revenue targets, driving overall sales performance, and expanding our customer base in both local and across South East Asia for the assigned countries.


    Strategic Planning:


    Execute strategic plans in line with the Managing Director's directions with a focus on the "Industrial & Residential" segment in the target countries.


    Partnerships:
    Identify and appoint new partners. Manage the evaluation, selection, onboarding, and negotiation of Distributors, ensuring a smooth and proactive partnership. Administer and rationalize Distributor/BAF agreements post-acquisition.


    Sales Optimization:
    Collaborate closely with our distributor / reseller partners to plan, implement, and optimize sales activities. Your goal is to exceed objectives in terms of profit, market share, and sales turnover.


    Channel Management:
    Effectively manage channel conflicts and maintain channel discipline.


    Collaboration:
    Work closely with our Marketing team to plan and execute activities aimed at boosting sales. Maintain Salesforce data for reliable data retrieval.


    Technical Support:
    Ensure that all distributors receive proper training by working closely with the technical department.


    Qualifications:
    Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering or equivalent related course

    Experience using sales tracking software e.g. Salesforce

    Experience with channel partners management

    5 years or more of sales/commercial experience in the distribution of similar products through dealer/ distributor network.

    Fluent in English and proficiency in at least one Asian language

    Planning and Project Management skills
