Snr Operations Executive:


Purpose:


Responsible for the day-to-day operations, content and metadata management, to ensure that programmes are pushed to online with no errors.


Scope:


  • Coordinate and monitors the daytoday work activities to ensure alignment with strategic direction.
  • Able to identify any operational or technical errors in the endtoend workflow.
  • To have clear understanding of various video formats and codecs.
  • Able to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience online.
  • Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines.

Responsibilites:


  • Liaise with key personnel for content, metadata and programme rights information, and ensure that all data and assets conform to digital specifications and are of highdefinition standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to effectively plan and deploy manpower resources to meet the operation needs for live events (e.g., Olympics, SEA Games, National Day Events, etc).
  • Manage licensing period of various content in accordance to contractual rights.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems pertaining to video, metadata and workflow etc.
  • To embrace new technologies in the company's evolving dynamic digital workspace.

Requirements:


  • Good command of English and Chinese Languages
  • Good knowledge of Mediarelated Programmes and entertainment trends


  • Minimum

  • Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Mass Communication, Media & Communication
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience on Broadcast/IPTV/CableTV Operations
