    Roles & Responsibilities

    Company Overview:We are a prominent restaurant chain with several renowned brands, committed to innovation and excellence in customer service as we expand our global footprint. As part of our expansion into Southeast Asia, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team to promote our brands and accelerate growth in the region.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business expansion and brand building across Southeast Asia.
    • Manage the marketing campaigns for multiple brands ensuring consistency in messaging and accuracy in market positioning.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and consumer behavior to adapt promotional strategies to market demands.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and develop potential markets.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media, advertising partners, and suppliers.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI, reporting regularly to senior management.
    • Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure their growth and development.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management position within the restaurant chain industry.
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing, particularly in brand management and transnational promotions.
    • Experience with overseas promotion of Chinese restaurant chains, with successful case studies.
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills, able to motivate the team to achieve goals.
