*Managing sales enquiry and understanding clients' needs and renovation requests*Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided*Providing advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection and project scheduling*Discuss and propose design to meet client needs and requirements.*Close sales and prepare renovation contract*Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure all renovation works are done according to plan and timeline*Able to Work Independently*Training providedCandidate must be:*Bilingual : English, Mandarin, Malay*Sales experience preferable *Self-driven and motivated individual*Efficient, well organized and able to multi-task*Responsible and people-oriented personality*Great sense of ownership and responsibility*Basic Salary + Commission (attractive income up to $10,000)
