Roles & Responsibilities

US company with R&D and manufacturing presence in Kaki Bukit

Manufacturer of industrial products for business and commerical application

• Support and respond to customers on products quality issues and requirements
• Maintain and improvement quality performance and standard against targets set
• Manage return materials authorization process in a timely manner
• Qualify new suppliers and manage current suppliers' performance
• Set inspection criteria and quality standards for raw materials, WIP and manufactured products
• Work with cross functional team members to drive for closure of 8D / CAR with corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner
• Collect and analyse quality data using statistical control tools.
• Ensure production quality standards are adhered

Requirement

• Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality field product and production preferably in a discrete manufacturing operations
• Good skills and application knowledge in SPC, GR&R, FMEA, RCA
• Able to work in a lean environment, independent with good analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Certified internal/lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & TS 16949
