Job Descriptions:

• Prepare computerized layouts for approval.
• Resize design elements to meet client's size requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales/Clients to confirm layout and make amendments accordingly.
• Find and edit graphics, including photographs or illustrations.
• Import text and graphics into desktop publishing software programs.
• Position artwork and text on the page layout.
• Select formatting properties, such as text size, column width, and spacing.
• Check proofs or preliminary layouts for errors and make corrections.
• Color correct, resize, and convert multiple file types from one platform to another.
• Calibrate digital files for output to large format inkjet printers.
• Liaise with Sales and Printing Department on print preparation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Printing/Advertising.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for details.
• Willingness to work overtime and in shifts.
• Effective communication with Sales/Clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
