- Create and curate engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful relationships with our online community to nurture brand loyalty.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the design team to create eyecatching graphics, videos, and other visual content for social media campaigns.
- Stay uptodate with social media algorithms and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
- Analyze key performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure the success of social media efforts and make datadriven recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for crafting compelling content.
- Uptodate with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- A passion for staying informed about industry developments and implementing innovative social media strategies.
