We're looking for two Full time Sales Executives who have keen interest in Tech (Basic + Commission)Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
As a Sales Executive, you will play an active role in getting businesses to embark on their digital journey and present the solutions that the company has to offer.
Responsibilities:
- Set up calls and meetings with potential clients.
- Work with internal stakeholders on helping clients get the right solution.
- Meet with prospects online or inperson meeting.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and other matters in a professional and customercentric manner.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, dropshipping platforms, and ecommerce best practices, implementing new tools and techniques to help our clients grow.
Requirements:
- Some experience in Sales or Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of dropshipping business models, supplier sourcing, and product selection strategies.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Selfmotivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- It's a plus if you possess:
Experience in selling Software as a Service (Saas).
Good knowledge of social media trends.
