We are hiring a Change Catalyst to spearhead SAP adoption and drive organizational change across multiple regions

Key Deliverables:

• Develop and align change strategies for S/4 HANA adoption
• Execute change initiatives including communication, training, and adaptation efforts
• Implement flexible deployment guides

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in Change Management methodologies, particularly within SAP system implementations, is advantageous
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and MS Office is required
• Candidates with Prosci or CCMP certification are preferred
