Role Description

This position reports to the managing director to spearhead

new business operations oversee facial spa business,

manage and train therapists, provide customers service

support, manage CRM and e-commerce systems, and strengthen

social media marketing.

Specific Responsibilities


Individual to be involved in:

• Assist to spearhead new business operations
• To promote and focus on facial product range
• Manage and training therapists
• Provide customer service support
• Manage CRM and e-commerce booking system
• Strengthen social media marketing

Competencies

• To understand the overall company operation framework

to spearhead new business operations

• To actively participate in strategic planning process,

including develop goals, objectives and processes

• Manage therapists welfare, wellness & health and provide

proper training

• To serve, update customer profiles and engage customers
• To manage CRM and e-commerce booking system
• To generate new leads and drive traffic to social media

platforms
