Operations Executive in Ju Eng Home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.

This position involves overseeing various operational aspects to guarantee high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and a positive working environment for staff.

The Operations Executive reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with different departments to achieve organisational goals.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay informed about and ensure adherence to local regulations related to nursing home operations.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies for inspections and audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Facility Management:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the nursing home, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to address facility needs promptly.

Staff Management:

  • Foster a positive working culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the delivery of highquality patient care services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address areas for improvement.

Emergency Preparedness:

  • Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans to address potential crises or disasters.
  • Conduct regular drills to ensure staff readiness in emergency situations.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and costeffective procurement of goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize operational efficiency.

Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication between different departments and levels of staff.
  • Act as a liaison between the nursing home and external stakeholders, including families, regulatory agencies, and community organizations.

Required KSA

Qualifications:


  • Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, facility management, M&E Engineering, or a related field.
Experience

  • Proven experience in healthcare or nursing home operations.

Skills:


  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare policies.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
