Responsibilities:
- Maintain fixed assets (FA) records and manage ROU (Right of Use) assets accurately.
- Maintain inventory records and reconciliation of differences.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes for both local and overseas transactions.
- Handling staff claims, incentives and accruals/prepayments.
- Reconciliation of sales figures and bank accounts.
- Handling of refund/return/cancellation/repair/upsell transactions
- Submission of GTO to landlord, GST and government surveys
- Manage loan schedules and allocate payroll expenses among other expenses.
- Above duties will be rotated amongst the team
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance or a related course
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
