Description

**The Role: We are looking for a program manager with experience in managing large digital transformation programs in Telco involving multiple projects and streams of work. The position is based out of Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Understanding and aligning with client business and program objectives, value and realization plans
Developing program roadmap, critical milestones to support the goals and objectives
Identifying projects, tracks and work streams required to achieve the program goals
Manage scope and timeline for projects and workstreams
Implement both internal and external governance (with clients) to monitor, track progress and take necessary actions
Managing budget and adherence to financial goals
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality and employee satisfaction. Focus on continuous improvement.
Preparing program health dashboard to understand program health and take appropriate actions
Managing a team of project managers, business analysts, scrum masters and architects
Analyzing program risks and implementing mitigation/contingencies
Engage at CIO/CMO levels in client organization and act as consultant and specialist in supporting them in reaching their goals
Collaborate with presales and client services teams in account mining activities
Collaborate with internal teams in building program management assets and thought leadership
Identify and execute initiatives that creates customer excitement and consistently differentiate BORN as a partner by focusing on business outcomes for customers

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in managing large digital transformation programs
Experience in telecom industry preferred
Excellent communication skills
Experience in managing multifaceted programs involving UI, UX, content, cloud, SEO, Analytics along with ecommerce solution implementation
Extensive experience with Agile is mandatory
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
