Working hours:
Daily Monday to Friday 12PM - 7PM (Normal School Days and School Holidays except December Holidays) Some Saturday mornings for parent tours


Responsibilities:

• General operation and administration of Student Care on a daily basis
• Develop teaching resources for students, including holiday activities
• Supervise and guide children (primary 1 to 6) to complete daily homework and spelling from school
• Plan and prepare additional assignments for revision
• Deliver effective classroom management
• Keep accurate records of children's progress and address each child's educational and developmental needs on an individual basis
• Conduct tuition and enrichment programmes
• Must be able to be firm and strict when necessary
• Maintain, build relationships and communicate effectively with children and parents
• Fetch students from their school (walking distance)
• Ensure safety and well being of students within the premises
• Support Manager in lessons scheduling
• Manage parent inquiries, provide information on Student Care programme to new parents and arrange appointments for centre tours
• Providing tours to new parents who are exploring StarChamps as a student care of choice
• Any other adhoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Able to interact well with children and manage their behaviour
• Team player with strong passion and patience in teaching/guiding children
• Enthusiastic & energetic and has a positive mindset to learn and grow with the company
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Responsible and punctual
• Possess a diligent work ethic and professional integrity
• Exhibits a positive attitude when faced with challenges and keeps a problem solving mentality at the ready
• Good interpersonal skills
• Technology savvy

Able to attend a one-week training
