Job Description:

Work closely with Business, Functions and Distributors to collect, collate, and analyze In-Market sales data.
Ensure Master Data is proactively cleaned up and accurate before each loading into the system.
To implement system changes and modifications, including reporting on lead, account and opportunity activity and production of sales performance reports.
Provide or generate the report of the data reconciliation from IMS data, Trade sales data, Activity data (SFDC), inventory report and financial data for management report.
Calculate or Validate the Incentive Report based on Product Specialist Sales Configuration in Quarterly Basis or yearly performances.
Responsible on Country Data Consolidation Tool (DCT) and master file maintenance and configuration.
SFDC Maintenance: Set up data parameter on SFDC, regular update of SFDC data such as new customer, new account maintenance, first point of contact for trouble shooting of SFDC technical issue, conduct SFDC training, generate SFDC reports and analyze for monthly business review.
Accountable for the monthly SIOP process, from analysis of market trend, consolidation of demand forecast, simulation and validation of supply forecast using SIOP Tools.
Highlight cycle to cycle demand forecast changes, analyze and validate the forecast.
Monitor inventory level to and escalate on any inventory risks, e.g., supply shortage or excess of inventory.
Constantly review and improve forecast accuracy.
Perform other tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain / Engineering or related profession.
Min 23 years of Supply Chain / Operations / Data management experience
Advance knowledge in MS Office, Power BI.
Past experience with CRM system (SFDC, Microsoft Dynamic CRM, Oracle Sales Cloud etc.) is preferred.
SAP, BW & APO knowledge will be an advantage.
Possess analytical skill and enjoy data mining / report analysis.
Ability to perform root cause analysis with recommendation of resolution.
Meticulous, fast learner and able to work multitasking under tight deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Business and customer oriented and a good team player
