Our client is a global logistics company specializing in air and sea freight. With a focus on efficiency and reliability, we provide comprehensive logístical solutions to businesses worldwide. Currently experiencing rapid expansion, its Singapore office is seeking dynamic individuals to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the chosen applicant will collaborate within a team to ensure the precise and punctual completion of period-end accounting procedures and transaction processing

Key responsibilities include:

Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions comprehensively.
Providing support during periodend and yearend closing processes.
Assisting in the preparation of intercompany balance transactions and associated reports.
Ensuring accurate documentation and processing of all relevant payments.
Fulfilling general duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Excel.
Detailoriented and wellorganized with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Capable of working collaboratively within a team and following instructions accurately.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, trustworthiness, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Available to commence work immediately or with short notice.
