Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and manages the project delivery process for Data Center projects
• Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are to project requirements
• Leads an architectural project delivery team
• Participates in planning, design, and client management calls and meetings
• Manages drawing development including detailing, quality control, and overseeing drawing support staff
• Produces construction documents (either internally or externally)
• Evaluates code compliance
• Facilitates project scheduling and staffing
• Attends coordination and construction meetings and prepares field reports
• Facilitates construction observation, answers RFI's, and prepares change bulletins
• Directs issue resolution and enhances project quality in reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Contributes to business development by establishing confidence with clients
• Write scopes of works for subcontractors in the architectural field and review all technical responses and advise on products and solutions.

Show your expertise

• Minimum 5 years of DC experience
• 5+ years architectural practise experience, on the project delivery side
• Experience dealing with multi-discipline design teams
• 2+ years experience in Asia (NEA or SEA)
