Content Strategist

Start date: Immediate

Salary: Negotiable based on skill level and experience

Think Tank Studio is looking for a Content Strategist to create and execute content as well as project manage our external projects.

As our CONTENT STRATEGIST, your core pillars of work are to:

CONTRIBUTE to the conceptualisation and execution of content across different projects

and platforms

• Plan and be responsible for the content and quality of content pieces for both internal and external work, ensuring the timely and successful submission of work
• Provide insights on industry or project-related topics through online sources, interviews and studies
• Identify audiences' needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content
• Develop content for various mediums and generate ideas for articles and stories with writing staff
• Produce, write, edit and oversee content production in various formats (e.g. podcasts, explainer videos, interactive articles)
• Edit and re-write articles and stories, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writers for revision
• Proof-read and copywrite for any other Company-related publications or projects

LEAD in the account management and execution of our projects

• Craft pitches and proposals to attain new projects for the company.
• Implement projects from start to end by developing plans and coordinating with designers, writers, and project partners to ensure timely execution of work that upholds production standards of the company.
• Build relationships with our clients by providing service that helps them experience greater level of satisfaction with the company's work, fostering trust and goodwill with all our external partners.
• Practice operational excellence by maintaining detailed project records for account maintenance
• Elevate and uphold the production standards of the projects unit.
• Work closely under the dictates of the Company Managers and Directors and handle any other Company related matters as may arise or assigned.

General

• You must be able to organise and manage your own time and project schedules effectively or be willing to learn.

Team Structure: The Content Strategist will work as part of the Business Development unit
