Responsibilities:


  • Management of internal and external stakeholders (both existing and new customers) to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth operation for Property Maintenance Services Projects such as cleaning, landscaping, reinstatement services
  • Formulate strategies and plans to achieve set targets
  • Responsible for achieving department's service & operations KPI to meet standards, expectations, and deadlines
  • Conduct regular visits to sites to check on (a) compliance to our Operation SOP, including inventory and stock management; (b) quality outcome for the scope of work to be carried out.
  • Roster staff members for duty and ensure that their working hours comply to authorities' regulations
  • Ensure the timely purchase of required items for all projects
  • Train our staff, partners and vendors to equip them with relevant skillsets for the cleaning projects
  • To work on assigned renewals and prepare costing proposals to internal/ external stakeholders
  • Preparation of annual budget and forecast for portfolio assigned
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirements:


  • Diploma/ Degree in Property Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
