MISSION:

Responsible for leading Fragrance Development projects for cross-category and delivering winning fragrances in the Creative Center in Singapore.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

Work on crosscategory for SEA Market (South East Asia)
Lead projects and coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs: Perfumers, Sales Application, Marketing, ITM (Innovation to Market) and Regulatory.
Build on internal fragrance collection for specific markets.
Participate actively in the FDM Academy plan.
Support FDM team on department activities and proactive work.
Collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time.
Strengthen strategic partnership with clients through trends presentation, providing olfactive trainings and contributing to their olfactive development.
Work closely and collaborate with the Account Manager & Marketing team on client meetings and events.
