Responsibilities
- Perform Personal Assistant work to CEO
- Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and operate front desk duties
- Provide allrounded office admin support, managing office supplies, handling couriers, and filing
- Support team by performing tasks related to project management
- Prepare documents and reports
Requirements:
- Holder of Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 24 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Willing to learn, responsible, detailminded, team player
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
