Description

The incumbent is responsible for supervision of the site heat treatment operations and NDT operations and leads the technicians on site so as to support the achievement of the sales targets.

In addition, the incumbent is to ensure the reliability of machines and equipment is at desired optimum level at all times.

Site Operations Planning

Execute the planned schedules and resources to meet the project requirements
Deploy resources to ensure the smooth and successfully execution of the projects
Coordinate the preventive maintenance measures to ensure availability and reliability of equipment for the projects

Works Implementation & Progress Monitoring

Supervise technicians on site to ensure client's instructions and procedures for testing are followed and jobs are on track
Execute safety protocols and measures to ensure safety at work site
Coordinate the planned preventive maintenance measures to ensure availability and reliability of equipment for the projects
Coach and guide technicians on the job related to heat treatment and NDToperations

Completion of Test Report
